Over the next few months BritNed will be arranging bilateral meetings with their participants.
As part of BritNed’s ongoing commitment to Customer Service, BritNed has developed in collaboration with its participants a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The purpose of the surveys is to gather vital information on our participant’s current experience in registering and trading on the BritNed interconnector.
Our participant’s views are important to us and in order for us to become a market leader in customer service these surveys are vital in giving us a better understanding of their needs.
Once the surveys are complete and the data analysed BritNed will report the outcomes to its participants at the annual participant’s forum BritNed hold each year.
